Ada County Opens Bidding for Fiscal Year 2027 Bulk Fuel Contract

The Board of Ada County Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for the county’s bulk fuel purchase in fiscal year 2027, with a submission deadline of 4:00 p.m. on September 25, 2026. All bids must be submitted online through the county’s bonfire procurement portal at https://adacounty.bonfirehub.com. Hard copies, mail, facsimile, and email submissions will not be accepted.

The public bid opening will take place on September 29, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Ada County Commissioners’ Conference Room on the third floor of the County Courthouse and Administration Building, located at 200 W. Front Street in Boise. Residents and interested parties can watch the bid opening live via the county’s YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmREyet73vxhBFCffWClEKA.
