Kennedy previously served as a Financial Analyst with the firm before assuming his new role. In this capacity, he will direct leasing strategies for several prominent properties in downtown Boise, including The Hoff Building, Jefferson Place, and The Owyhee.

The portfolio Kennedy now oversees includes major mixed-use and hospitality assets such as the BoDo District, The Warehouse Food Hall, and Hotel Renegade.
